infirmiers et soignants &#8211; encadr\u00e9e par le m\u00e9decin coordonnateur et le cadre infirmier assure la continuit\u00e9 des soins prodigu\u00e9s aux personnes accueillies, en lien avec les m\u00e9decins traitants et h\u00f4pitaux du secteur.
